Holiday Park Co-ordinator

Wood Leisure have five Holiday Parks located across some of the most scenic areas of Scotland from Loch Lomond to Aberdeen. We strive to be the most popular and successful Holiday Parks in Scotland, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests and teams. With lodge and caravan holiday home accommodation, holiday home ownership, pods and touring accommodation, we offer a variety of choice for our guests to relax and explore.

Blairgowrie Holiday Park (PH10 7AL) have a great opportunity for a Park Coordinator to join our management team. The role is permanent, hours are between 35-45 hours per week working 9am-6pm in the summer and 9am-5pm in winter. Working 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the business weekend work is required.

This role is perfect if you are looking to showcase your skills set in hospitality management or step up from a senior supervisor to a mangers role.

Requirements of the Park Coordinator:

  • An excellent understanding and experience of the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communications skills
  • Passionate and Driven
  • High attention to detail, with the desire to achieve outstanding guest experience
  • Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your park and job role
  • Be proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • A high standard of IT skills and Health and safety knowledge
  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities of the Park Coordinator:

  • Communicating, feeding up and out to multiple departments across the business.
  • Taking the lead role in the responsibility of the smooth coordination in the daily operations of the park, delegating tasks to team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks.
  • Strive for excellence in guest feedback. Resolving guest issues in a timely manner
  • People management leading by example and encouraging growth within the team alongside Area Manager and HR to encourage best performance from your teams, identifying training needs.
  • Working closely with Sales and Area Maintenance teams to ensure sales units are ready for viewing and handover of units run smoothly
  • Helping drive the sales of holiday homes on park to new and existing guests, working closely with the Sales team
