Frequently Asked Questions

How much are site fees and what does this include?
The pitch fees start from £3,120. Gas & electric are metered and invoiced separately.

How long can the caravan stay on the park?
The age limit at Corriefodly is 20 years.

Can I live in my caravan? I am wanting to stay in my caravan full-time.
You cannot live in your caravan or lodge as the park does not have a residential license, we are a holiday park. Being retired does not mean you are on holiday. You will need to provide evidence that you have a main residence elsewhere.

Can we rent out our holiday home?
We do not allow subletting, but your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
