COVID-19 Information & Travelling
Last updated: 19th May 2020
As a family, we made the heart-breaking decision on Sunday 22nd March to close our 6 Wood Leisure Holiday Parks to all guest at 4pm on Monday 23rd March 2020. Our decision was reinforced by the UK and Scottish Government who advised against all unnecessary travel followed by mandatory closure of all holiday parks.

We hope the information below answers some of your questions. As you can imagine the situation is evolving and we will continue to update our customers when we receive any new guidelines.
Our team are very busy on the phones dealing with immediate bookings and we appreciate your patience at this time. If you have any concerns, please email headoffice@woodleisure and we will get back to you within 72 hours.

Balances Due - Self-catering Bookings
We are aware that those due to come and stay with us 8 weeks from now and have balances due may feel they don't want to commit to paying their full balance in these uncertain times. For this reason, we have shortened the time in which balances on bookings have to be paid. Instead of the usual 8 weeks before arrival date, balances on bookings are only due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
If at the time your balance is due you are uncertain as to whether you will be able to travel, please complete the following form and we can transfer the deposit to a future date https://www.woodleisure.co.uk/request-amend-booking
