Lomond Woods Holiday Park Wardens (Live-In)

Job Description

Our Touring Warden role is a seasonal position (March – October) for 2 people applying jointly, who are happy to live together and jointly fulfil the duties of the touring warden couple. Hours will vary depending on Occupancy levels but are generally 40 hours each worked across 6 days. A seasonal touring pitch will be provided to enable full warden duties to be carried out, electric will be chargeable.

As Touring Warden couple you will be the first point of contact on the park for any issues within our touring zones, working closely with our Park Manager and team. Day to day duties will be very varied and will require the couple to multitask between Housekeeping of our touring toilet/shower facilities, ensuring the grounds in these areas are maintained to a high standard and assisting in the Reception as required. The main focus will be to ensure our guests have an excellent holiday experience. Previous Warden and/or touring experience would be beneficial in this role. Outwith office hours, there will be a requirement to be ‘On Call’ 4 nights per week. There are On Call duties required as part of this including being available for late arrivals, customer emergencies and locking up the park facilities.

It is beneficial that you have experience of working together in a similar role or have Warden experience separately. This is not a lifestyle that will suit everyone so previous experience in a similar role would be very beneficial. It is essential that our Warden couple can provide an excellent level of customer service, enjoy the variety that comes with working on a holiday park and thrive on the holiday park lifestyle.
