Campsie Glen Holiday Park Wardens - Live-In
Our Warden role is a seasonal (March – October) position for 2 people applying jointly, who are happy to live together and jointly fulfil the duties of the warden couple. Hours will vary throughout the year, depending on Occupancy levels but are generally 40 + hours worked across 5 days. Either accommodation or a serviced touring pitch is provided to enable full warden duties to be carried out.
As a Warden couple you will have very varied day to day duties required to meet the needs of the business and customers, it will require multi-tasking between Housekeeping, Bar, Grounds and Reception duties throughout the course of the working day to support the team and ensure our guests have an excellent holiday experience. Skills and experience in any/all of these areas will be beneficial. You will be jointly responsible for the security of the park out with office & Bar hours, up to 4 nights weekly. There are On Call duties required as part of this including being available for late arrivals, customer emergencies and locking up the park facilities.
Accommodation is provided to allow you to carry out the Warden duties (Gas & Electric payable monthly). It is beneficial that you have experience of working together in a similar role or have Warden experience separately. This is not a lifestyle that will suit everyone so previous experience in a similar role would be very beneficial. It is essential that our Warden couple can provide an excellent level of customer service, enjoy the variety that comes with working on a holiday park and thrive on the holiday park lifestyle.
