Typical Responsibilities
Grounds & Maintenance Role
- Some grounds maintenance, including edging, weeding, strimming, and general upkeep to keep the park clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Complete maintenance and repairs across holiday homes and park facilities
- Coordinate with office and housekeeping teams and resolve basic technical issues.
- Holiday home disconnections/reconnections, maintain hot tubs or pools, and ensure all required procedures and documentation are completed.
- Maintain cleanliness of bin points, recycling areas, workshops, stores, vehicles, and equipment while monitoring stock levels and servicing tools and machinery.
- Support park improvement projects and consistently complied with health and safety procedures, including PPE use, equipment safety checks, and accurate record-keeping.
Holiday Park Assistant Role
- Service holiday homes, public facilities, and customer-facing areas to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Performed housekeeping, laundry, and ironing duties to ensure accommodation was guest-ready.
- Managed bookings, customer records, payments, and account updates using the Elite Park Management System.
- Coordinated with housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance teams to action customer requests and process job sheets.
- Completed administrative tasks, including health and safety record-keeping and supporting Head Office operations.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for approachable, practical, and reliable people who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team. Previous experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, or customer service is helpful, but attitude and work ethic are just as important.
