Family at the Heart of Wood Leisure

Founded in 1981 by Colin and Margaret Wood at Blairgowrie Holiday Park, Wood Leisure has grown from a handful of holiday homes into a family-owned group of six holiday parks across Scotland, now led by their three daughters.

Built on strong family values, Wood Leisure is known for high-quality accommodation, spotless facilities, and outstanding customer care, recognised with VisitScotland 5-star status, a Thistle Award, and Family Business of the Year.

Today, almost 500 holiday home owners and a 120-strong team help create memorable holidays across Scotland.

Committed to the Real Living Wage

Wood Leisure is proud to be an accredited Real Living Wage Employer, recognising the dedication and commitment of our holiday park teams across Scotland.

All team members receive a minimum hourly wage of £13.45, significantly higher than the government minimum, helping to ensure everyone earns a wage they can truly live on. This reflects our commitment to being a responsible, family-owned business that values hard work and outstanding service.

Alongside fair pay, we offer a wide range of employee benefits and excellent career opportunities across our parks and head office.

“Busy but rewarding. The directors are hands on and you feel connected to the family especially once you’ve been there a while it was nice having their trust”
