The maximum length of stay on a touring pitch is 21 days, unless you have pre-booked a monthly pitch or seasonal pitch.
• Hardstanding pitches at all parks – maximum 28ft (8.5m)
• Fully serviced pitches at all parks (except Blairgowrie) – maximum 28ft (8.5m)
• Campervan pitches at Lomond Woods, Deeside, and Faskally Woods – maximum 23ft (7m). These pitches do not have space for awnings.
Yes, there is space for an awning except on the campervan pitches at Lomond Woods, Deeside, and Faskally. The cost of an awning is £3 per night.
For licensing and safety purposes, we do not permit anyone to stay overnight in an awning.
Yes, all of our parks are pet-friendly. There is a charge of £1 per pet per night, up to a maximum of 4 pets.
Please keep your dogs on a lead at all times and clean up after your pet. There are waste bins available around the parks.
Registered assistance dogs are accepted free of charge at all our parks.
Your caravan, motorhome, or campervan should be on the left-hand side of the pitch with your car (if applicable) on the right. Your caravan should be reversed onto the pitch so that the towbar (or front of motorhome/camper) faces out of the pitch.
This ensures sufficient spacing is maintained between units.
On your arrival day, you can access your pitch between 1pm and 8pm. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please call 01250 878123.
When you arrive, drive slowly to the barrier and the number plate recognition system will automatically open the barrier if your vehicle details were entered during booking.
Check-out is by 12 noon on your day of departure.
To secure your pitch, we take a £30 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance, including extras, is due 7 days before arrival.
If booking within 7 days of arrival, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
Yes, all of our parks provide free park Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi is provided by a third-party company and signal strength may vary during busy periods. It is suitable for web browsing and email, but not for streaming or large downloads.
You may park one motorised vehicle on your pitch (either one touring caravan with one car, or one motorhome/camper).
Additional vehicles must be parked on the reception forecourt, unless a Blue Badge is displayed. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
No, commercial vehicles or trailers are not permitted on the parks unless prior agreement has been given.
Pitch numbers are not allocated during booking, so you may choose any available pitch of the type you have booked when you arrive.
Further details are sent by email, and you will also receive a text message on the morning of arrival.
You can book additional nights through our website.
If it is after 11am, you cannot book for the same day online and will need to call 01250 878123 (option 1).
Yes, barbecues are allowed as long as they are raised off the grass and disposed of safely after use.
Fire pits and chimineas are not permitted.
All of our parks provide chemical disposal points for grey water and chemical waste.
• Hardstanding Pitches – Hardstanding pitch with electric hook-up
• Fully Serviced Pitches – Hardstanding pitch with electric hook-up, water, and waste connections. Some parks may also include a TV connection
• Campervan Pitches (Lomond Woods, Deeside & Faskally) – Smaller hardstanding pitches for campervans and motorhomes, without space for awnings
We currently accept bookings with a minimum stay of one night.
Online bookings can be made for the following day. For same-day arrivals, please call 01250 878123 (option 2).
Yes, trailer tents and roof tents can be accommodated on hardstanding or fully serviced pitches.
The booking price includes your pitch and two adults.
Any additional adults, children, pets, or extras such as an awning must be added during booking.
