Booking Information
Terms & Conditions
- Seasonal pitches are available for British manufactured touring caravans up to 8 metres in length.
- Includes an awning no bigger than the area of your touring caravan (subject to pitch as some pitches can’t accommodate awnings)
- Only 1 car is permitted at each pitch. Vehicle registration is required for our ANPR barrier.
- Electricity is metered and payable separately, subject to availability.
- A copy of the current year council tax, current insurance and photo ID will be required.
- £200 non-refundable deposit per season, payable on booking
How to Book Your Pitch
- Fill in the short form below. We will then send you the booking form and BACS details by email.
- A £200 non-refundable deposit per season will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer.
- If you are booking both winter 2025 & summer 2026, you will need to complete two copies of the booking form that we send you. You will also need to pay 2 x £200 deposits (one for each season).
- To confirm your booking, we require all of the following:
- A completed application form
- Signed license agreement
- Payment of your deposit
- A copy of your current year’s council tax
- A copy of your current insurance policy
- Photo ID
- On receipt of all of the above, we will send a confirmation email.
