At Wood Leisure, we really value the loyalty of our guests who often return several times a year, year after year. Our Loyalty Membership offers returning guests a 15% discount on all future online bookings throughout the year.
For a one-off payment of £10, you can start saving from your second stay onwards. To be eligible for Wood Leisure Loyalty Membership, you must have stayed at one of our parks within the last 12 months and made a booking in your name. Shortly after your stay, we will send you an offer to rebook with us and an option to obtain a free Loyalty Membership. Don’t delay, though, as this offer is time-limited.
Membership Tiers
Membership of each Loyalty group is assigned after reviewing the number of bookings, number of nights stayed and overall spend. Booking data from the previous three years is used to assign membership categories on an annual basis.
Bronze
Bronze Loyalty Membership is the entry level and entitles the member to 15% discount on future online bookings.
Silver
Silver Loyalty Membership entitles the member to 17.5% discount on future online bookings.
Gold
Gold Loyalty Membership entitles the member to a fantastic 20% on future online bookings.
As a Member, you get:

The entry-level for Loyalty Membership is Bronze Loyalty.
To be eligible for Loyalty Membership you must have stayed at one of our parks within the last 12 months and made a booking in your name.
There is an entry fee of £10 for membership. However, when you stay with us, we will send you an offer to rebook with us and an option to obtain a free Loyalty Membership. Don’t delay though, as this offer is time-limited.
Membership will renew automatically at no additional cost. A new promotion code will be issued each year.
Membership is non-transferable and is valid only for use by the named membership holder.
The Loyalty Membership discount cannot be used with any other offers.
Loyalty Membership discounts are only applicable when booked directly with Wood Leisure and not on bookings made via third parties.
The Loyalty Membership discount cannot be added retrospectively to bookings.
The Loyalty Membership discount is only available when booking online.
Bookings should be made in the Loyalty Member’s name and email and the member must be one of the guests staying. Should you change your email / surname / address please notify us in writing to reservations@woodleisure.co.uk as these details are used for matching your Loyalty membership to your booking.
The Loyalty Membership discount cannot be used on self-catering long-term or Seasonal Touring bookings. Booking data from long lets or seasonal touring bookings is not used to determine your Loyalty Membership tier.
Loyalty Membership tiers are assigned annually based on the 3 criteria mentioned above. Tier membership can go up or down.
