Fishing Consent & Rule at Callander Woods & Corriefodly

Before fishing at any of our parks, you will need to read and fill in the details below. This is now a legal requirement for us to continue to offer the service at the parks. This form is for fishing consent only; we do not offer any fishing activities, and you will need to bring all your own equipment.

Fishing Rules

  • Fishing is only permitted at Corriefodly and Callander Woods
  • Fishing is only permitted within the boundaries of the park
  • Fishing between 8am – 10pm only
  • Catch and release only
  • Fishing using small spinners or bait hooks
  • Fishing by any legal method
  • The natural minnow is prohibited
  • Fishing for brown trout is only permitted between 15th March and 6th October
  • Please take any litter away with you and tidy up after yourselves
  • Children must be supervised by an adult
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times
  • Respect other users and keep noise to a minimum
