We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Human Resources team at Wood Leisure.
In this varied role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, helping to ensure our employee records, recruitment processes and day-to-day administration are managed efficiently and accurately.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering a professional and confidential service.
As part of the role, you’ll occasionally travel to our holiday parks across Scotland to support the HR Manager with onboarding, strengthen relationships across teams, and provide HR administration where required. Paid travel time and mileage are provided.
As we operate within the hospitality industry, this role includes occasional weekend working, so flexibility in your working pattern is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment documentation and training records.
- Provide administrative support across the HR function, ensuring HR forms, policies and procedures are managed accurately and efficiently.
- Support the recruitment process by preparing job adverts, coordinating interviews, issuing job offers and contracts, and organising induction days.
- Help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Respond professionally and confidentially to employee and manager queries.
- Assist with general office administration to support the HR team.
- Travel between holiday parks when required to support HR operations and employee onboarding.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and enjoys working with people. You’ll be comfortable managing a varied workload, maintaining confidentiality, and adapting to changing priorities while delivering a high standard of administrative support.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, friendly and confidential approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- A flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
