Colin is planting trees on the holiday parks to commemorate his 70th birthday – on the very same day as the Queens Platinum Jubilee, 6th February 2022, celebrating her 70 years on the throne.
The Queen’s Green Canopy is a tree planting initiative to mark her Platinum Jubilee, and Colin is joining in with tree planting for his 70 years.
The Wood Family celebrated 40 years in business in 2021 and 40 years of creating happy memories for generations of holiday home owners and guests. For 40 years, trees have formed the central focus of our holiday park logos. The trees signify our deep roots in our holiday parks, the branches of the family working together in Wood Leisure, the green shoots that are flourishing and our ambition to be “green” and sustainable for generations to come.
