Wood Leisure has made a substantial investment in EV chargers for customer use at our holiday parks. This investment increases our sustainability as a company and further enhances our green credentials. These chargers will be a huge benefit to the increasing number of our holiday home owners, seasonal tourers and guests who drive electric cars.
The convenience of having chargers on our parks gives them the freedom to explore the stunning countryside around our parks, without the worry of where to charge their vehicles.
The Project EV charging points, which we invested in, are accessed through an easy-to-use mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or from the App Store.
Locations
Blairgowrie – The charger is located at the park entrance.
Lomond Woods – The charger is located at reception.
Corriefodly – The charger is located outside reception.
Deeside – The charger is located through the barrier between A15 & B1.
Callander Woods – The charger is located near holiday home number 81.
Faskally Woods – The charge is located behind the reception building
The price for using the chargers is displayed in the Project EV Pro App. Please remember to add credit to the app before using the charger. Once charging has finished, there will be a 15min grace time to vacate the space, then a 25p per minute charge for the space until unplugged.
