Glamping FAQs

On your arrival day, you can access your accommodation between 4pm and 8pm. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please call 01250 878123.

Please note arrivals after 10pm may not be permitted. Your registration may be removed from the barrier system and your accommodation may be locked. Bookings are held until Head Office closes on the day of arrival unless we are informed otherwise.

Check-out is by 10am on your day of departure.

Yes, bedding and towels are provided in all camping pods and ensuite glamping pods.

Yes, barbecues are allowed as long as they are not placed directly on decking or grass.

Fire pits and chimeneas are not permitted.

There is space beside the pods or nearby for one car per pod.

Additional vehicles must be parked at reception, unless a Blue Badge is displayed on the second vehicle. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

All parks have modern, heated shared toilet and shower facilities.

There is also a laundry area with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers, along with a dishwashing area.

Ensuite Glamping Pods
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required per pod to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival.
If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Camping Pods
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required per pod to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
If booking within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required when booking.

Yes, all of our holiday parks provide free Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi is provided by a third-party company and signal strength may vary during busy periods. It is suitable for web browsing and email, but not for streaming or large downloads.

Due to security settings on some devices, you may occasionally have difficulty connecting because the network is open access.
