How To Check-In
On your arrival day, you can access your pitch between 1pm and 8pm. We operate a contactless check-in so you do not need to check-in at our reception. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please let us know by calling 01250 878123.
Please note arrivals after 10pm may not be permitted and your registration will be removed from our barrier system. Bookings are kept for you until Head Office closes at 8pm on the day of arrival, unless we are informed otherwise.
On arrival, please drive up slowly to the entrance barrier. The barrier will recognise the number plate details you supplied and will open automatically. Should you require assistance, please press the intercom button. This information is then used to check you in.
How To Find Your Pitch
We don't allocate pitches, simply choose one of the pitch types you have booked on arrival.

- Fully Serviced Pitches are numbers 4-11, 21-28 and 33-47. These are marked as RED on the map and have a red post on the pitch.
- Hardstanding Pitches are numbered 62-82. These are marked as GREEN on the map and have a green post on the pitch.
- Motorhome Pitches are for smaller motorhomes & campervans and do not have space for an awning. These are numbered 12-16, 48-61 & 84. These are WHITE on the map and have a white post on the pitch.
- S pitches (S1-S26) are for seasonal tourers only. They are marked as GREY on the park map.
Please follow the one-way system and do not drive on the grass, and please ensure that you park on the correct pitch type otherwise you may be asked to move.
Centre your caravan jockey wheel/motorhome/campervan on the numbered slab. If you are unsure of the correct position for pitching your caravan/motorhome/campervan, please see our online advice. You are not required to advise us of your pitch number.
