Request to Amend My Current Booking

Use this form to request an option to amend your current booking. Please ensure you fill in all the required details on the form below; all fields marked with a * are mandatory, so they must be filled in. This will allow us to process your request correctly and quickly.

If you are within 28 days prior to arrival for self-catering or 7 days prior to arrival for touring or camping, then unfortunately your booking cannot be amended, or a credit note requested. We would advise you to contact your Travel Insurance.

We are able to offer you the following options for your booking (please include your selection below):

A)     Move my booking to alternative dates

• Please provide your alternative dates in the notes section below so we can check your availability.
• We can move your booking to alternative dates within 6 months of your original Arrival Date.
• Please note that, depending on the dates selected, there may be an increase in booking price due to seasonal pricing.
• Your booking dates can be moved on 1 occasion only.

B)     I wish to receive a credit note for my booking

• If your voucher is not used in its entirety, a new credit note will be issued for the remaining amount (the expiry date will be the same as the original credit note). If for less than £5, this will be donated to our chosen charity.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only 1 Credit Note can be used per booking
• Bookings made with a Credit Note cannot be amended once made
• Voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Bookings must be made directly with Wood Leisure and cannot be made via a third party
