Kitchen Porter

Looking for a new opportunity in one of Scotland’s most beautiful holiday parks? We’re currently recruiting for a part-time Kitchen Porter at Faskally Woods Holiday Park, Pitlochry (PH16 5LD).

The role is 20 hours per week from Thursday to Sunday, with afternoon and evening availability essential.

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play an important role in keeping our busy kitchen running smoothly, supporting the chefs and wider team to deliver a great dining experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment to a consistently high standard.
• Ensuring the kitchen, pot wash and food preparation areas are kept clean, tidy and safe throughout each shift.
• Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and the safe storage of ingredients when required.
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and compliant working environment.
• Helping with deliveries, stock rotation and general kitchen organisation as needed.
• Working efficiently as part of a friendly team to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service periods.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
