Ownership FAQs
Yes. Our parks are open seven days a week, and our Ownership Team can arrange a time to show you around the park and the holiday homes currently available. We recommend contacting us before you visit so a member of the team is available to meet you.
Yes. Many of the holiday homes we sell are what are commonly referred to as static caravans. At Wood Leisure, we generally use the term holiday home, with a range of new and pre-owned models available across our six holiday parks in Scotland.
Yes. Dogs are welcome at all six of our holiday parks. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead around the park and that owners use the dog bins provided. Most parks have designated dog-walking areas, with plenty of local walks to explore nearby.
Yes. All six Wood Leisure holiday parks are open throughout the year for holiday use, so you can enjoy your holiday home in every season.
No. Our holiday homes are for holiday and recreational use and cannot be used as your permanent residential address.
Yes. We have a changing selection of both new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale, including caravan holiday homes and lodges from a range of manufacturers. Availability varies by park, and you can view our current stock above.
You can enjoy free catch-and-release fishing at our Corriefodly & Callander Woods parks. For further details and to register for fishing, visit our fishing page.
Yes. Your family and friends are welcome to visit, and they can stay at your holiday home when you’re not using it yourself. Our parks are family-friendly, with outdoor play areas at all six parks and additional facilities available at selected locations.
This is taken on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of pitches. Alternatively, you can sell your caravan at your current park and then purchase a caravan at one of our parks. For more information, visit our Relocation Information page.
Our annual pitch fees currently start from £3,300 and include rates, water and maintenance of the park grounds. Fees vary depending on the park and pitch.
Yes. We have a selection of holiday lodges for sale at our Scottish holiday parks, subject to current availability. Our lodge stock changes throughout the year, so you can view our latest holiday homes for sale above or contact our Ownership Team for current options.
