Ownership FAQs
Our parks are open seven days a week. Please call before you arrive so we can arrange our sales team to show you around the park and holiday homes.
Your family can come for the day or stay the night. When you are not using your holiday home, invite your family to stay for the weekend.
There is parking for one car at all holiday homes.
Yes, we welcome dogs at all our holiday parks. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead and that you pick up after them; there are dog bins located around the parks. There are marked dog walking areas on all of our parks, except for Lomond Woods. Alternatively, there are lots of local walks just a short distance from the parks.
You can fish free of charge, catch and release, at our Corriefodly & Callander Woods parks. For further details and to register for fishing, visit our fishing page. Are the parks open all year round? Yes, all of our parks are open all year round for holiday use.
All our parks have outdoor play areas, and some have an indoor games room. Corriefodly even benefits from an indoor soft play area. We would be delighted to welcome your grandchildren.
This is taken on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of pitches. Alternatively, you can sell your caravan at your current park and then purchase a caravan at one of our parks.
The pitch fees start from £3,200, which includes rates, water and maintaining the grounds of the park.
