Our lodges are sold fully furnished, with fitted kitchens and a range of appliances and features depending on the model. Decking and other pitch features may also be included. The individual lodge listing will show what is included in the advertised price.
No. Our lodges are sold for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residential address. Although our parks are open throughout the year, they are holiday parks rather than residential parks.
Many of the lodges we sell are built to residential specification, with features such as double glazing and central heating for additional comfort throughout the year. Specifications vary between lodge models, so please check the individual listing for full details.
Our holiday parks are open throughout the year for holiday use, allowing you to enjoy your lodge in every season. Your lodge cannot, however, be used as your permanent residential address.
Yes. Our Ownership Team can arrange a time for you to view available lodges and look around the holiday park. We recommend contacting us before travelling so that a member of the team is available to meet you.
