The pitch fees start from £3,400, which includes rates, water and maintaining the grounds of the park.
The age limits from the date of caravan manufacture are:
Corriefodly – 23 years
Blairgowrie & Callander Woods – 20 years
Lomond Woods, Deeside & Faskally Woods – 18 years
Our parks are licensed for holiday use rather than residential living, so holiday homes cannot be used as a permanent residence. As part of the ownership process, you will be asked to provide evidence of a main residential address elsewhere.
Holiday home owners are welcome to enjoy extended stays throughout the season, subject to the park’s licence conditions and site rules.
We do not allow subletting, but your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
