FAQs

The pitch fees start from £3,200, which includes rates, water and maintaining the grounds of the park.

The age limits from the date of caravan manufacture are:
Corriefodly – 23 years
Callander Woods – 20 years
Blairgowrie, Lomond Woods, Deeside & Faskally Woods – 18 years

You cannot live in your caravan as the park is a holiday park, not residential. Being retired does not mean you are on holiday. You will need to provide evidence that you have a main residence elsewhere.

We do not allow subletting, but your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
