The Wood Family who started their holiday park business almost 43 years ago, celebrated Lomond Woods being part of their portfolio for 30 years earlier this year. The recent win this week adds to an impressive collection of awards for the family and is the perfect 30th Birthday present!
Callander Woods has been part of the Wood Leisure family for six years and has seen huge investment and enhancements to bring it up to the current high quality the family are proud of.
Sarah Wood MacGregor says ‘We are delighted to not only receive recognition for one of our holiday parks but to walk away with both awards in the holiday park category is outstanding. Our teams work exceptionally hard to ensure our guests and holiday home owners have an enjoyable experience with us and it’s wonderful that this is appreciated and they took time to vote for us.
Along with public votes, the SHA judges also consider the supporting evidence submitted by businesses to crown the winners.
Sarah Wood MacGregor also noted that the recent upgrades in their Lomond Woods luxury lodges and rolling plan to ensure standards are consistently high in all accommodation, was emphasised in their submission. Their focus on rewarding loyal customers with a new loyalty membership launched this year and their ongoing support for local charities all contributed to the final win!
