The maximum length of stay on a touring pitch is 21 days unless you have pre-booked a monthly pitch or seasonal pitch.
Yes, there is space for an awning except on the campervan pitches at Lomond Woods, Deeside & Faskally. The cost of an awning is £3 per night.
For licensing and safety purposes, we do not permit anyone to stay overnight in an awning.
Yes, all of our parks are pet-friendly. There is a charge of £1 per pet per night, up to a maximum of 4 pets.
Please keep your dogs on a lead at all times and clean up after your pet. There are a number of waste bins available around the parks.
Registered assistance dogs are accepted free of charge at all our parks.
Your caravan/motorhome/campervan should be on the left-hand side of the pitch with your car (if applicable) on the right, with your caravan reversed onto the pitch so that the towbar (or front of motorhome/camper) faces out of the pitch.

This allows us to ensure that sufficient distance is kept between the caravans at all times.
On your arrival day, you can access your pitch between 1pm and 8pm. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please let us know by calling 01250 878123.
On arrival, drive up slowly to the barrier and the number plate details you have entered when making your booking will be recognised and the barrier will open automatically.
Check-out is by 12 noon on your day of departure.
To secure your pitch, we would take payment of £30 as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance, including any extras, would be due 7 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within the next 7 days then you must pay the balance in full when booking.
Yes, all of our parks have free park Wi-Fi available.
The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge by a 3rd party company and signal strength may fluctuate in busier periods. The Wi-Fi is only suitable for web browsing and emails, and cannot be used for streaming/downloads.
1 motorised vehicle can be parked on your pitch (1 touring caravan + 1 car, or just 1 motorhome/camper). If you have additional vehicles they will need to be parked on our reception forecourt (unless a Blue Badge is displayed on the second vehicle). Parking in our car parks is limited and there is no guarantee of a space.
No, we do not allow commercial vehicles or trailers on the parks unless by prior agreement.
We do not allocate pitch numbers when booking, so you can choose an available pitch on arrival, depending on the type of pitch you have booked.
Further details are sent by email and you will also receive a text on the morning of arrival.
You can book additional nights through our website. If after 11am, you cannot book for the same day online, you would need to call us on 01250 878123 (option 1).
Yes, as long as it is raised off the grass and disposed of safely after use. We do not allow fire pits or chimineas.
All of our parks have a chemical disposal point for grey/chemical waste.
We are currently taking bookings for 1 night minimum. Online bookings can be made for the following day, for same day arrivals please call 01250 878123 (Option 2)
Yes, we can take these on one of our hardstanding or fully-serviced pitches.
The price when booking includes your pitch and 2 adults.
Any additional adults, children or extras such as an awning or pets must be added during booking.
