The Scottish Game Fair is Scotland’s top country sports event, returning to Scone Palace Parklands in Perthshire over the weekend of 1-3 July 2022.
This fantastic three-day event attracts over 30,000 visitors and is a true celebration of conservation and the countryside, while raising vital funds for wildlife conservation science.

The Dundee Summer (Bash) Street Festival will hail Dundee as the home of comics, celebrating its characters, stories, history and upcoming talent. The city will be declared as BEANOTOWN, with a pop-up comic museum, workshops, talks, film screenings, street fun and world record attempts.

The Perth Show is a two-day agricultural show with craft fairs, trade stands, livestock judging and more.
Perth Show has been run by Perthshire Agricultural Society for 157 years and for almost every year over the last 112 years the Show has been held on the South Inch in Perth.

The lovely little Highland Perthshire town of Aberfeldy comes alive with The Atholl & Breadalbane Agricultural Show and Highland Gathering on the 2nd Friday and Saturday weekend in August each year.
Nethy Bridge Games Field, PH25 3DA
Held on the Games Field in the centre of Nethy Bridge on the second Saturday of August, they are one of the oldest Games in the country. Known as the "Friendly Games" the Abernethy Highland Games are famous for the Massed Bands march around the arena and for being the annual Clan Grant Gathering.

Perth Highland Games is set in the magnificent parklands at Scone Palace. Running, cycling and heavyweight competitions are programmed throughout the day, with one British Championship and two Scottish Championships being staged. Bagpiping and highland dancing are also featured, along with a wide range of entertainment, activities and demonstrations to suit all ages. There is also a comprehensive range of trade stands to browse, and a diverse selection of refreshments, snacks and meals are available throughout the day.

Glenisla Highland Games is a traditional Scottish Highland Games with the Cairngorms as a backdrop hosting Highland Dancing, Heavyweight and Piping.

The Gathering is held in the centre of Crieff at the iconic Market Park. We have a full programme of traditional Highland games competitions on offer including Running, Youth Running, Cycling, Highland Dancing, Heavyweights, Light Field, and Tug o War.

After being the backdrop for the Eventing European Championships back in 2015, Blair Castle still hosts its annual CCI 3 star event that provides a bundle of fun for the whole family.

The Birnam Highland Games are a traditional Scottish Highland Games held amidst stunning Perthshire scenery. The games have been held annually since 1864.
Kirkmichael, Blairgowrie PH10 7NS
Often also called "Kirkmichael Games" or "the Games", this is a yearly event held in August each year. The more modern gathering comprises of the traditional highland games, an agricultural show, home industries competitions, local stalls, a small fairground, food and drink stalls.

A number of artists in a variety of media have contributed to the art festival with proceeds donated to Scottish Charity Air Ambulance.

The annual Games, a blend of spectacle and fun, take place on the first Sunday after the first Saturday in September in beautiful Perthshire.

Perthshire's go-to dog event for 2022, is the perfect chance to treat your four-legged friend to a grr8 day out!
Paws at the Palace will feature doggy fun and games, parades of different breeds, agility classes and some paw-some demonstrations. The all-day event will also include food stalls (for humans and dogs), cool-down areas, and a host of stall holders selling doggy gear and gifts.

The festival brings together independent dyers, farmers, small-holders, knitters, spinners, felters and weavers for a weekend. You can also take part in a class programme with professional tutors across a range of textile disciplines.

The Pitlochry Highland Games were one of the first re-established in Scotland, in 1852. The Highland Games include pipe bands, highland dancing, caber tossing, hammer throwing and tug'o'war.
