The Enchanted Forest is a spectacular immersive art experience like no other.

Perfect for the whole family to enjoy and an outstanding evening out, it takes place in the beautiful Faskally Wood, near Pitlochry, Highland Perthshire.

Something spooky is happening in Loch Lomond this October! Join us on our trail through the eerie ancient forest solving clues in your activity guides as you go. Watch out for creepy crawlies! The trail will lead you into Faerie Tale Farm where our farm friends are waiting to meet you! Our pop up Pumpkin Patch is located within our farm park where you can purchase your own pumpkins to carve and of course take lots of spooky snaps!

They are excited to announce a brand new pumpkin patch and Scarecrow Trail, open from 4th–19th October, as well as the weekend of 25th and 26th October. Visitors can wander through the gardens and grounds to uncover the Scarecrow Trail before heading into the new pumpkin patch.

In the run-up to Halloween, get outdoors with your family and hand-pick the perfect pumpkin with us at Westerton Farm.

Our hugely popular autumnal event is set to return for its seventh year running daily between 10-31 October. Beat the bale maze, conquer the bale mountain and stay and play with inflatables and activities indoors in our barn.

This October, Blair Drummond Safari Park invites families to celebrate the season at HalloWILD 2025. Running from 11th to 31st October, the event is packed with family-friendly fun. Visitors can tumble into the undercover hay bale play-pit, follow the trick-or-treat trail for a chance to win a special prize, and toast marshmallows over a glowing fire pit

Enjoy a full day of spooky fun at Wynford Farm Terror Park, with access to all areas inside and out. Brave the Forgotten Fun-house for prizes, explore the Haunted Role Play Village with eerie displays, meet bizarre beasties or friendly fluffy animals, and capture the memories at our photo spots!

Arnprior Farm hosts Scotland’s original Pumpkin festival, with over 20,000 pumpkins to choose from over 3 weeks in October. Our patch is a great day out for all the family, including your furry friends.

As well as pumpkins, they have a quad pod ride, pumpkin cannon, bale mountain, an indoor hay barn, face painting, bouncy castle, lots of photo opportunities and much much more.

Below the castle, a tented village will surround the side of the Castle, the mews, café, Balmoral gift shop and stable buildings with exhibitors from near and far vying for your attention with a wide range of beguiling Scottish crafts, food and drink.

A wonderful range of refreshments will be available from Balmoral’s beautifully refurbished cafes, alongside several delicious street food vendors will be artisan tarts and cakes from the Highland Pâtissier and superb range of homemaking.

Join us on Saturday, October 18th, from 10am to 4pm for a fantastic day dedicated to our four-legged friends. This popular event promises a fun-filled day with exciting dog shows, competitions for all breeds and abilities, expert advice, and a wide array of stalls offering everything from delicious treats to stylish accessories.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces will be spookily decorated, with plenty of photo opportunities to capture memories of an autumnal day out.

Join us for a magical Date Night Hoedown at the pumpkin patch – an evening filled with fun, food, and festive vibes! Grab your boots and get ready for line dancing under the twinkling lights, with music that'll keep you moving all night long.

A light show with a difference. If you’re feeling sporty, race against your opponents around the stunning Glen Tanar estate, all aglow with bright and colourful light displays to see you across the finish line. Choose from 8 km, 15 km or challenge yourself to a 15-mile race. Make sure to wrap up warm with extra layers including hats and gloves, a waterproof jacket and a trusty head torch.

Discover Blair Castle after dark on a tour through the castle and hear spooky tales told by characters of the past.

Fancy dress is encouraged and pizza and drinks will be available in our restaurant. There will also be a firepit on the castle forecourt where you can toast marshmallows.*

Back for its third year, the WINTER, WONDER, WANDER will see the David Welch Winter Gardens in Aberdeen's Duthie Park once again be transformed as you have never seen it before.
