Our parks are open seven days a week. Please call before you arrive so we can arrange our sales team to show you around the park and holiday homes.
Your family can come for the day or stay the night. When you are not using your holiday home invite your family to stay for the weekend.
There is parking for one car at all holiday homes.
Yes, we welcome dogs at all our holiday parks. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead and that you pick up after them; there are dog bins located around the parks. There are marked dog walking areas on all of our parks, except for Lomond Woods. Alternatively, there are lots of local walks just a short distance from the parks.
You can fish free of charge, catch and release, at our Corriefodly & Callander Woods parks. For further details and to register for fishing, visit our fishing page.
Yes, all of our parks are open all year round for holiday use.
All our parks have outdoor play areas and some have indoor games room. Corriefodly even benefits from an indoor soft play area. We would be delighted to welcome your grandchildren.
This is taken on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of pitches. Alternatively, you can sell your caravan at your current park and then purchase a caravan at one of our parks.
The pitch fees start from £3,020, which includes rates and water and maintaining the grounds of the park.
Gas and electricity are metered into your holiday home and invoiced three times per year (please note, there will be an administration charge on each invoice sent). Gas is bottled at Callander Woods Holiday Park. Gas and electric are charged at the pass-through rate.
Wi-Fi is currently available for light usage at all of our parks. Please note that the Wi-fi signal can fluctuate and may not be available all the time.
The age limits for each of the parks from the date of caravan manufacture are:
Corriefodly & Callander Woods Holiday Park - 20 years
Blairgowrie, Deeside & Faskally Woods - 18 years
Lomond Woods - 15 years
We do not allow subletting, your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
Faskally Woods in Pitlochry has an onsite heated indoor swimming pool, a steam room, sauna & jacuzzi. There is also a bar & bistro onsite.
All alterations and additions to your caravan and pitch must go through the office to be authorised by Wood Leisure. Decking would need to be constructed by a park-preferred contractor.
You cannot live in your caravan as the park is a holiday park not residential. Being retired does not mean you are on holiday. You will need to provide evidence that you have a main residence elsewhere.
Pre-owned caravans are sold as seen and do not come with a guarantee. New caravans come with a manufacturer guarantee.
There would be a disconnection charge to pay, please contact us for prices for this. The park would help to locate a buyer for your caravan to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately this would not be possible as our park infrastructure is not designed for our holiday home owners to pull high electrical loads over long periods. There is also an increased risk of potential fires using domestic sockets to charge cars over long periods of time.
We currently have public electric vehicle charging points at our Blairgowrie, Lomond Woods, Corriefodly, Deeside & Callander Woods holiday parks.
All of our holiday home license agreements follow best practices and are based on the model license agreement from the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). The license agreement is a legally binding contract when purchasing a caravan or lodge and outlines the terms of use for your holiday home.
