Glamping FAQs

On your arrival day, you can access your accommodation between 4pm and 8pm. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please let us know by calling 01250 878123. Please note arrivals after 10 may not be permitted, your registration will be removed from our barrier system and your booked accommodation will be locked. Bookings are kept for you until Head Office closes on the day of arrival unless we are informed otherwise.

Check out is by 10am of your day of departure.

Yes, bedding and towels are provided in all camping pods & ensuite glamping pods.

These vary between types:

Ensuite Glamping (Sleeps 6) Max 4 adults & 2 children - 2 double + 2 single on mezzanine level (Max weight 10st, max height 5ft)

Ensuite Glamping (Sleeps 2) Max 2 adults - 1 double bed

Camping Pods (Sleeps 4) Max 3 adults - 1 double + bunk beds

Camping Pods (Sleeps 2) Max 2 adults - 1 double bed

Yes, all of our glamping accommodation is pet-friendly. There is a £5 per pet per night charge up to a maximum of 2 pets.

Yes, but please ensure that the BBQ is not directly on the decking or grass. We do not allow fire pits or chimeneas.

There is space beside all pods or nearby for 1 car per pod. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked at the reception (unless a Blue Badge is displayed on the second vehicle). Parking in our car parks is limited and there is no guarantee of a space

All parks have modern, heated and clean shared toilet and shower facilities. All parks also have a laundry area which includes a washing machine & tumble dryer (coin-operated), and a dishwashing area.

Ensuite Glamping Pods - We require an initial non-refundable deposit of £50 for each pod to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival then the full balance will be due when the booking is made.

Camping Pods - We require an initial non-refundable deposit of £30 for each pod to confirm the booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival then the full balance will be due when the booking is made.

Yes, all of our holiday parks have free Wi-Fi available.

The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge by a 3rd party company and signal strength may fluctuate in busier periods. The Wi-Fi is only suitable for web browsing and emails, and cannot be used for streaming/downloads.

Due to security settings on certain devices, you may have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi due to it being an open network.
