How much are site fees and what does this include?
The pitch fees start from £3,020, which includes rates and water and maintaining the grounds of the park.
How long can the caravan stay on the park?
Blairgowrie Holiday Park & Deeside 18 years, Corriefodly & Callander Woods Holiday Park 20 years, and Lomond Woods 15 years from the date of manufacture.
Can I live in my caravan? I am wanting to stay in my caravan full-time.
You cannot live in your caravan as the park is a holiday park not residential. Being retired does not mean you are on holiday. You will need to provide evidence that you have a main residence elsewhere.
Can we rent out our holiday home?
We do not allow subletting, but your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
