How much are site fees and what does this include?
The pitch fees start from £3,120, which includes rates and water and maintaining the grounds of the park.
How long can the caravan stay on the park?
The age limits from the date of caravan manufacture are:
Corriefodly & Callander Woods Holiday Park - 20 years
Blairgowrie, Deeside & Faskally Woods - 18 years
Lomond Woods - 15 years
Can I live in my caravan? I am wanting to stay in my caravan full-time.
You cannot live in your caravan as the park is a holiday park not residential. Being retired does not mean you are on holiday. You will need to provide evidence that you have a main residence elsewhere.
Can we rent out our holiday home?
We do not allow subletting, but your friends and family are welcome to use your holiday home.
