We aim to make upgrading to a new holiday home an easy process. Whether you are looking at a brand new (or new to you) holiday home on your current pitch, would like to move to a new pitch or even relocate to one of our other parks we are here to help.
Can I do a Trade-in?
We offer excellent trade-in prices for your current holiday home. If you have a budget in mind, speak to our sales team and they can look at options that might be suitable. Alternatively, if you’ve found ‘the one’ we can give you a price to change, taking in your current holiday home as a trade-in.
Can I Keep My Own Pitch?
If you are keeping your pitch, we will factor this in and our team will remove your current caravan and site, connect and commission your new one. The price ‘to change’ will reflect this and no extra charges will apply over and above for this.
When Do I Move My Belongings?
We will ask you to pack down your personal belongings before we start to disconnect your current caravan. Once your new holiday home is ready, you can take your time to swap your belongings over.
Can I Keep My Decking?
It can be costly to move a decking off and back onto a new holiday home. The size and positioning of doors may be in different places to your current one. Depending on the age of the decking and boarding, it may be better to replace it, but we take each scenario individually and can look at this with you.
How Do I Get My New Holiday Home Connected?
Your new holiday home will be fully commissioned, including gas safe and electrical testing prior to handover.

Take a look at the holiday homes and lodges that we currently have available for sale. If you don't find 'the one' or are looking for a specific make, model or style, please contact our sales team. They may know of a suitable holiday home that is coming on the market or may be able to move a van from one of our other parks.
